Small cars (Porsche, vw, mini, etc) – $1100

interior – +$200

engine compartment/trunk/frunk – +$100 (ea)

Price assumes no more than 8 bags of media for exterior (Typically 4-5/exterior). Additional media will be priced at $30/bag.

medium cars (most muscle cars, modern sedans, etc) – $1300

interior – +$200

engine compartment/trunk/frunk – +$100 (ea)

Price assumes no more than 10 bags of media for exterior (Typically 6-7/exterior). Additional media will be priced at $30/bag.

large cars/trucks/vans (vw bus, vintage caddy’s, etc) – $1500

interior – +$300

engine compartment/trunk/frunk – +$100 (ea)

Price assumes no more than 12 bags of media for exterior (Typically 8-9/exterior). Additional media will be priced at $30/bag.

what would cause a project to use more media than normal?

In a word…bondo.  Bondo, by design, is very tough to remove.  It can take a panel that would normally be 5 minutes to strip and turn it into an hour.  Unfortunately, we don’t know what we are going to find until we are in there. 

One other note:  Undercoating (especially vintage Porsche undercoating) is the kryptonite of blasting.  The media bounces right off of it.  The best plan if you have a vintage Porsche is to spend an hour or two with a heat gun or propane torch and a scraper, and get the big stuff off of the chassis. We can take care of the rest.
